Hi there! I’m Carlien, a portrait photographer with a passion for capturing authentic moments, especially through the lens of NEO Boudoir, event photography, and a little extra love for food photography.

I also offer maternity and new-born sessions by request, bringing my signature style to those precious life moments.

My photography journey began while backpacking around the world. What started as a way to capture the places I visited quickly turned into something much more meaningful. I realized that photography wasn’t just about capturing memories, it was about telling stories and freezing moments that truly mattered. This led me to formal photography training in 2009, where I started exploring different genres.

From the early mornings chasing the perfect light for landscapes to capturing the rich textures in food photography, I’ve honed my craft to focus on what excites me most: people. Portraits and boudoir photography allow me to connect with individuals and bring out the best version of themselves, whether it’s through light, emotion, or just the right angle.
