Well!! What can I say? Too much probably, but I'll keep it short and to the point. Carlien and Drew make everyone feel special, they laugh with us and I imagine at us, because to be fair we're all a bit nuts!! What a year! The 2025 Vintage Weekender has wrapped, and it was nothing short of spectacular! Full of laughter, flair, and unforgettable vintage magic. The CEC Studio had a blast bringing our era-inspired sets to life, and seeing your incredible costumes take centre stage made it all worth it!
Now… we’re holding our breaths along with the rest of you, waiting eagerly for Dawn to reveal where the 10th Anniversary Vintage Weekender will take place in 2026.
It’s going to be the BIG one and Capture Every Costume is already itching to get started! Expect more breathtaking sets, jaw-dropping props, and immersive themes created to make this milestone celebration the vintage event you simply cannot miss.

FOR THOSE THAT ARE NEW TO WEEKENDER - THIS IS HOW IT WORKS!
Purchasing your £25.00 per person CAPTURE EVERY COSTUME wristband includes the following.
Full weekend access to a professional studio set up, with lighting and props! Each set is built around the era of the day.
Too busy having fun to worry about taking hundreds of selfies? No need to, as a professional portrait photographer is on site to capture it all.
A fantastic set of vintage studio props available for use, to enhance your studio experience and bring your images to life.
Not sure how to pose? Do not fret, the photographer and her assistant are there to help you.
Is there any limit to the number of times you can visit the studio? - No, visit as many times as you like. If there is a big queue we ask that you have a maximum of five photos taken and then let other people have a turn. You can always come back later to capture more photos. Remember to visit at least once every time you change outfits.
- Is the studio open all day? - No, in your pack when you collect your wristbands you will receive a flyer with the studio opening and closing times. The details will also be available on the Weekender Facebook Group, as well as on Dawn's Vintage Do Website. Studio times have been set to ensure we capture all the different themes of the day.
- Please note that the Studio is not open for the late night party. This decision has been made to ensure all Weekenders can get to the late night party on time and enjoy the wonderful entertainment.
- Does the wristband just get me into the studio and I then pay extra for the photos I select later? - Nooooo! Your wristband purchase includes a digital download of ALL your photos taken throughout the weekend. There is no hidden cost!
- If I want photos taken with friends, can they come with me? - Yes, the studio is big enough to photograph couples and groups of up to eight people. However, do note that only people who have a wristband can enter the studio. So, each person in the group must wear and be able to show their wristband on entering the studio.
- Where do I collect my wristband? - Collect your wristband pack from the Capture Every Costume studio, this year located in the Lakeside Movie Room, from 13:00 on arrival Friday.
- When do I get my photos? - Carlien goes home after the event, buzzing from all the fun, just like you! Please note that she has thousands of photos to edit so it usually takes around 3 to 5 days before she starts loading the final edited galleries on the Weekender Facebook group. Each person who purchased a wristband will get an email with the online gallery link and a download code. When you collect your wristbands your pack will contain the download instructions.
- This sounds too good to be true, is it really just £25.00 per person? - YES, that is correct £25.00 all inclusive, no hidden costs, no extra charges!
